Check out Kim Beck’s new project in 100 Acres (IRL, too, if you can!). I’m very proud to have worked on this. What I first thought would be a relatively subtle installation has turned into a delightfully major intervention in the park. Since 100 Acres opened in 2010, we have aimed for a less-directed approach, moving away from the copious didactic information and wayfinding that one finds inside the museum proper. Beck’s installation cleverly plays upon those conventions, and does so in a way that I anticipate will help visitors let go a bit and embrace the indeterminacy of exploring the outdoor world.
Basically, Rihanna’s “Stay”, but cute and bouncy, like something the Muppets would sing (barring the lyrics). I couldn’t pull this one off without actually singing it, so please imagine better vocals. And less dropped consonants.
I love your singing. My admiration for you is like unending sky and a simile that doesn’t quite make sense but is genuine.

When The Fault in Our Stars came out, we were able to release a limited-edition audiobook version narrated by me along with a DVD featuring videos of me talking about the book, a ticket to a concert featuring The Hectic Glow, a Hectic Glow wristband, and postcards featuring scenes from the book.

The best way to use Twitter? I don’t wanna brag, but I do have 1.5 million Twitter followers so this is kind of my area of expertise. And in my professional opinion the best way to use Twitter is to tell people what’s on your Tumblr. I don’t know if there’s another use for Twitter, really, than to be like, Look! Look what I Tumbled about today!
Pine marten, as a member of the Mustelidae, are related to badgers. Relatedly, pine marten don’t care. In fact, they too are listed under Least Concern under the IUCN.
